The interpolated location found by address search should be close to your real destination, at least on the same road segment as your destination. So following the directions of navigation software should still take you to where you want to go, just double check the house number when you arrive.
If the map is in OF format, you may be able to add a particular house number and recompile the map. But I never tried this before. It is out of the question if the map is in NT format. In either case, one thing you can try is to find the exact location through Google Map's street view, if available, then add a waypoint (with coordinates of the location found) to your navigation software as destination.
