These CXs maps are not like other CXs maps, as said in the above post.
All the maps posted here can show pedestrian features in 37xx series just in this way. Paris one too.
Probably you used an old unlocker version, it unlocked the map, but not pedestrian features, now old FIU probably cant unlock them anymore too. Dont use Unlockers if you want all the features.
Concerning Melbourne map, i've Navteq map in the rar.
you can check easily if a map is locked in Gmaptool log
