Hi
I've followed K.Apiwatc suggestion as follows
1. upgrade to 4.90 thru web update
2. reboot
3. use web updater to install "Database for FM Traffic Providers"
4. reboot
5. downgrade to 3.00
6. during startup "no cell phone signal" came up then stuck at "Updating Traffic Receiver Software"
anything else i can try
