To solve the problem the Nuvi display updating receiver software and the touchscreen can't do anything you will update your Nuvi back to fw 4.90us by webupdater again and in addtional software update you will install database for traffic provider when finish wait a few minutes unplug it from PC then flash to fw 3.00us it can solve the problem. If not you tell me there is the another way to solve it.

The new problem after flash the Nuvi to fw 3.00th during navigate sometime and someplace it shutdown when reach junction view but can on it again.

Hi
I've followed K.Apiwatc suggestion as follows
1. upgrade to 4.90 thru web update
2. reboot
3. use web updater to install "Database for FM Traffic Providers"
4. reboot
5. downgrade to 3.00
6. during startup "no cell phone signal" came up then stuck at "Updating Traffic Receiver Software"
anything else i can try
