Please disable traffic receiver while it updating and Please check your HWId is 972 if it is when you downgrade to 3.00 US [ I think your old FW is 4.60 or 4.70 ] it is complete or not by looking in your Inventory Boot BLK, X-Loder and System is 3.00.then flash again to 3.00 TH by 1490 3.00 US TO 1490 3.00 TH.rgn it will be 1490 3.00 TH and check the inventory again Boot BLK, X-Loder and System must be 3.00. If used TSM 11.0 DUO map and basemap 5.00 DEM it take Nuvi shutdown. Which my experience sometime I can view map and when navigate it will shutdown in some place when I change to TSM 11.0 TH or EN map 4.00 DEM basemap it not.
