Dear Ballebar,
I have downloaded both maps Garmin City Navigator India NT 2010.30 loaded in post no 27 by DR Ansari but am unable to load them onto my Garmin Nuvi 1100 and Garmin Nuvi 1490 internal memory in a Map folder. The error I get is Unable to transfer due to I/O error.
Please advise as to how to load this map onto my devices.

Map my india maps in Mireo Black edition are in detail but the navigation software i guess is not so good while "processing route"

The no. of Cities Covered in the CN NT 2010.30 is Less when compared to the MMI V4.01 posted thro your megaupload link. Originally Posted by vikramsingh123

MMI V4.01 is Quite Outdated as of now, As it was first released in Late 2009.
MMI V5 was available for Garmin for quite sometime, but no one could get hold of one.
CN NT 2010.40 Map is also out for a few months now, but not available in any forums where i have checked.
Let us wait for someone to release both these maps.

In the First download link for CN India 2010.30 of Post #27 there is a problematic map :

This one is causing a warning in GMapTool and later cause MapSource to crash.
The solution as devised by Catymag in Post #57 is to check the Limit Preview Map and Limit Mapset Area within the Split screen of GMapTool.
Excluding this map reduce the size of the img / MapSource files as reported by users here.
However, this allow simultaneous use of CN India 2010.20 & CN India 2010.30 in MapSource.
The CN India 2010.30 download link of Post #67 is melting 2 FID : 281 pertaining to 2010.20 & 2309 pertaining to 2010.30 and therefore it is not possible to use it along with CN India 2010.20 within MapSource.
I don't live in India so I can't say how the coverage is altered when dropping the map ONLY13BI. Which has a strange name by the way. Is it related to Garmin units Nuvi 13xx ?Last edited by Antonio19; 8th April 2011 at 01:03 PM.

hi,
I did download City Nav India 2011.3 about 229 mb in size. Used fast img unlocker 2.1. After a few minutes of processing it did show City Navigator India all ....
Afterwards used gmaptool to split the image so as to create a mapsource file. However it doesnt load properly on mapsource.
Mapsource says an error occured and would I like to report the same to Garmin.
Any help?
