Using relink.us or linksave.in from post #1 here gives a set of 11 links to uploaded.to. It's 11 RAR files "Italyjourney2.part01.rar" - "Italyjourney2.part11.rar" with a total size of 1022.98 MB.
Extracting the 11 parts requires a password and you will get the FULL untouched MapSource installation kit.

There's another thread for the gmapsupp.img version of TrekMap Italy v2: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Using the RapidShare or Megaupload links from post #1 in that thread gives 10 RAR parts "TrekMpaItaliav2.part01.rar" - "TrekMpaItaliav2.part10.rar" with total size of 904.80 MB.
The RAR archive for IMG version doesn't need any password.
