Post here please your help request regarding Garmin

Hi, My map Source program has topped working, coming up with the following : "There is a problem with the Product 431 Installation Please reinstall product 431 and start map source again"

I have tried to reinstall map source from my City Navigator CD and from the new update from Garmin, all to no avail.
Can somebody give me an idea as to what has happened.
I run on Vista :confused32bit
