Thank you for your help..but this file, I put it in nuvi 2597 lcd 5'' and can view it normally, but put it in nuvi 2797, it is like in the picture. that was uploaded for viewing

Both these devices use the Split screen PhotoReal JCV as asprin624 said.
You don't say what JCV file, but for Thailand it is D4517230A.jcv and cannot just be copied from 1 device to another especially if they are not originally from Thailand as the JCV is locked to local devices, but this comes up.

That's great did you re install the JCV file & where did you get it from ,from another device originally from Thailand ?
Where are the devices from originally ? as I said
cannot just be copied from 1 device to another especially if they are not originally from Thailand as the JCV is locked to local devices

Thank you once again for the advice..This file was obtained in Thailand. I put it in another file and it can be viewed normally, except for the 2797 which the picture comes out as shown in the picture.

Yes we've seen the picture, It is very difficult to help you if you don't answer the questions.
Did you reinstall the jcv file
Where did you copy the JCV from
Another device sold in Thailand
On-line
Where did your two devices come from originally
Thailand
USA
Europe
Sig/Mal
etc
Devices sold in Thailand for the local market (APAC) have locked JCV's and would need the JCV file to be unlocked for a device not from Thailand.
The rules of gpsurl does not allow us to advise you on that procedure
