Gtm-70/3790lmt

Hello everyone,

I have two Garmin, 3790LMT/3490LMT and an info-trafic GTM-70 receiver.

The 3490LMT fans with him, but not the 3790LMT which requires an update.

Unfortunately, this update is never installed by Garmin Express.

I told myself that I could copy the 3490LMT files to 3790LMT so that it works !

Do you think it will work ?

You might as well try to see once the files found on the one that works.

Do you have the name of the files to copy ?

Both the nuvi 3790 & nuvi 3490 are compatible with the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], but I don't think the nuvi 3790 was compatible with the GTM 70 like the nuvi 3490
These two devices have different firmware, maybe that is why.
nuvi 37xx HWID 1101
nuvi 34xx HWID 1376

The GTM 70 provides live real-time traffic updates using the digital broadcast network , the GTM 36 use the FM broadcast network.
