I do not think what you put on the SD card is correct.

What should be on the sd card is just:

Garmin <-----folder
14.bin <------this file
127.bin <----this file

But check with Butters

PS:

I have never been in favor of any users doing this that have very little or no background in understanding what they are doing on Garmin GPS Units.

It is better just to leave the fully working Garmin unit alone.

Be very careful not to screw up a working Garmin Unit.......
