That's not how the Voice Command function works. That and all similar functions are in the firmware, even though some are shown as icons in 'Apps' screen they are not really separate apps that are loaded individually. You should look at the device's 140.bin to check that ASR is enabled in it. Dump region 140 from your 3590 and use Mod_2xxx.exe to check. Thanks alot for your help
I called garmin support and they told me that voice comand only comes preloaded in nuvi 3590 LMT and mine is Middle east version not supported
Still i think i hv the hardware ..

where can i find the devices 140.bin to copy it to pc and send it back
