The voice command icon does not appear in the app section at all
any idea
i mean that the icon itself r not there
when i hard reset i choosed Egypt

Choosing a locale does sometimes enable or disable certain features in particular devices. Two examples I've encountered are Audible Exceed Speed Limit Warning and Auto Zoom. If there are no specific ASR files available for Egypt mapping from Garmin, then perhaps choosingمصر [Egypt] as the Locale disables ASR completely, even removing the Voice Command Icon. I'm guessing however.
