Remove the microSD from the device. Connect to GE and accept the map update then wait until GE prompts you to insert the card and it should complete ok. If it still fails, remove the device from GE and try again after re-adding it.

Meanwhile I manage to upgrade, I deleted the old map and see miracle asking me to insert an SD card because the internal memory is low and updated!
