Binary compare turned out that your file and mine are exactly the same.

Interesting part is, when I go to Voice customization to edit the voice command, it always stays at 0% strong and I never can hit "Done".
I have now different theories:
Either Garmin broke the functionality
or one of the text files (glx) don't fit for the SRD.
