Because signatures are initially in volatile memory and then are recorded in non-volatile. You have reached the maximum number of signatures, supported by non-volatile memory of gtm25, so they disappear on startup (or finalization) when would be recorded .Originally Posted by RioGrandeBlood
If the signatures are official, the firmware 3.10 of GTM25 theoretically extends the maximum number supported, but not upgrade if the codes were generated by Jetmouse. Unfortunately using Jetmouse to delete signatures not solve, since it only hides them. Do not know solution to effectively delete signatures. I have a GTM25 with the same problem.

Also, my father travelled abroad so I took his 1350T to play and see if the traffic info had improved lately, for I live in Embu and work in Sao Paulo, I like to see what is the best highway in Sao Paulo, Raposo or Regis…
After some days using it without any problem the traffic icon took some time to show on the screen so I entered the Traffic option on the configuration to if the last update I did in traffic provider had interfered in the signature. And I had a surprise , the following message appeared :
The traffic signature has not been activated . Activation occurs automatically when your unit gets satellite signal and receives data on traffic .
I press OK and appears :
Habiitar traffic , selected
HERE Traffic ( US , CAN )
Subscription Period
HERE Traffic ( BR )
Subscription Period subscription
And funny thing is that the icon came back that the traffic map still works .... I didn`t know that NAVTEQ has been renamed HERE!
What do you think I should do? Make your procedure to downgrade the firmware or simply ignore everything?
Again regarding the 1310T how can I find out which firmware I’m using, the last owner didn`t update since he purchased it back in 2011!

Yes I know these problems with the signatures and its numbers. But using former Nuvis 255, 265 the Garmin told me when the maximum number of subscriptions was reached. But I did not get such hint. So I think this is not the problem. but what else?
Angelo,delete the subscritions with three nill, e.g 131.0.0.0 and restart the device with the traffic receiver connected. And yes limited to 15 subscriptions. Greets

Hi LittleCassie. No you are are not too late. The party is stlill going on. Yes, I can confirm that I deleted ALL(!) of my subcriptions on my Nuvi 1255, including and regarding to Europe and the US to start it all over again. The GTM 25 was cleared after I deleted all of them. Not even a single subscription left. Nothing. But the main problem is the limitations to 15 subscriptions, which I also cannot confirm, because I endet at 14 and then the last were deleted.
My efforts came to an end, because I do not know to extend the subs over the limit of 14 or 15? So you use 132.0.01 or 132.0.0.0 if you want traffic announcements or better not. Or for the US use the 131.0.0.1 or 131.0.0.0. I might also work well on older nuvis like yours. So just test it. Nothiing can go wrong. In this case just install your subs again. Hi, once erased you managed to install a new signature? If yes, then indeed they were erased. However, it may be only for some specific countries. This set of wildcards were discovered by Loly to allow to add subscriptions of USA at once, adding (131,0,0,1) or hidden (131,0,0,0) the set of subscriptions. It may be that these wildcards in fact erase the signature, that would be something new. If the procedure solve your problem, that is, made space for you to insert another signature, so they were deleted. I can not test immediately because my cable this disassembled.

Hi, yes, I installed and deleted the subscriptons several times. Three nill and a restart and so on. And the last installed appeared, when I deleted a subscription before.
I tested it with Greek, Ireland and Bulgaria the ones that were not installed. But due to the limitations (15 on GTM25) it is not possible to install all of Europe.
This one also worked: 28992 0 0 0.
All four of them were not Lolys wildcarts so you may have a try with another subscription.
Could you or anyone else here give me hint which garmin traffic receiver or device with integrated traffic receiver is not limited to 15 subscriptions?
When I drove my car and started my nuvi today I surely can confirm, that I deleted the subscriptions and they kept gone. BUT the latest added which were included yesterday were again and still not available (Ireland etc). Now at this moment I am not sure if this [Mediamobile Nordic (FI, NO, SE, PL)] is counted as one or four. Or did I make any other mistake?

Try to use another receiver and add one subscription at a time and then test.
Me too have had problems, but I think my receiver is full of junk subscriptions.The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits.

Hi, maybe I found the solution. Pay true pay indications for Ireland, Bulgaria, and Greece do occur in the traffic provider xml list but still not as traffic subscriptions in the nuvi menu nor in the developer gtm tables. The subscriptions for the US and Australia also appear in the traffic provider xml although I deleted them. What shall I do? Delete the traffic provider list in system folder?
