As said Loly, the GTM25 with 255W works well in other countries, but none cable TMC receiver of Garmin enables Traffic in Brazil with gps models xxx (3 digits) and jetmouse signature. To work there has to be compatibility between the firmware gps, cable / TMC receiver and codes transmitted by the local radio operator. Your case is limitation in firmware of gps, certainly a very complicated problem, so that nobody was interested in it solves.
