I combine my vector map and raster (JNX) to total mapset with certain FID and I have no problem!

You have to make single img files for each JCV by author posts. After that you can combine single map into mapset img (gmapsupp) with Gmaptool and so with other vector single maps. Or I am using Gmaptool to make the Mapsource installation from my single img's compiled by author posts with my loved vector mapset and so I can upload to device only selected region.
