Maybe DLL to conflict (with EXCEL?)
My PC W7 32bit. Same problem with previous version of Typ-Viewer.
In my PC not present the URLMON.DLL,VB6FR.DLL and VBA6.DLL. I've MSVBVM60.DLL

Do you have this problem, if you disable the "Automatically check for update at TYPViewer startup" through the menu File/Preferences?
