Humm.... your screenshot only shows dll files... you must search for the other files because MSCOMCTL.OCX is not a dll file.

On his screenshot are two files that are not dll (.ime & .tlb)
It is very possible he really misses it, also sorted by name:

Sorry, I did not see the two files that are not dll...
So, as you say, he probably misses this ocx (and the other VB files) and without privileges he cannot register it.

Hi, I'm trying to add subtypes to the lines with code 0a and 16. despite being indicated as subtypes in the list of polylines, text version still shows them as 0a and 16, but not 0a01 and 1601. Would really appreciate if you could advise how to sort this problem.

As far as I remember, only marine types have subtypes.
