In my experience the NA and full EU maps don't go together. Rename the NA file with another termination (.bak for example) and check to see if the EU appears.
I have a Garmin nuvi 2455LM, North America NT 2012 map factory installed on the internal memory. I've installed City Navigator Europe NT 2013.30 (unlocked) on a micro SD card with MapSource. Im being able to see the maps on MapSource and transfer them to the SD card but when I look for the installed maps on the GPS, only the North America NT map is shown. I have already tried:
Formatting the SD card to Fat 32
Configuring the nuvi for Mass Storage (MTP Settings -> Mass Storage)
Renaming the SD card to Garmin SD
Installing the gmapsupp.img on the SD card on a folder named Garmin and I also tried naming it Maps
Help please!!
In my experience the NA and full EU maps don't go together. Rename the NA file with another termination (.bak for example) and check to see if the EU appears.

Catymag, thank you for the fast reply
• I downloaded City Navigator Europe NT 2013.30 Unlocked IMG form this link ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) from this mirror ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]). I was able to open the map and transfer them to the nuvi, so I’m assuming that it’s unlocked. I haven’t unlocked it and haven’t made a *.unl file with the unlock code on the SD card. The only file I have on the SD card is “map\ gmapsupp.img”
• I’m using a microSD with I understand, cannot be locked
• I don’t get an error when I start the nuvi. The only problem is that when I check the installed maps only CN North America NT 2012.20 ALL
• I also tried naming the folder “Map”, but still can’t see Europe map
• Sorry, did not know, how do I move this thread to the Discussion Section?

Additionally
Enable files extensions in Windows to see if it's not named gmapsupp.img.img, sometimes it happens-
Check with gmaptool if the map in sd is really unlocked
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Drag the img in gmaptool and hit Details tab, in log you'll see if it's locked-
example of a locked map log:
Use "Map" folder in sd root and rename the map anyname.img (CNEU.img for example)/gmap3d.img, length 192499712

"Map" is with big M (capital letter) and shouldnt support gmapsupp.img naming.
Garmin folder supports gmapsupp.img naming. Probably one gmapsupp.img per Garmin folder.

Dasilvarsa:
• Yes, the nuvi is not seeing the map on the SD card
• Apparently the map is unlocked, I check it with gmaptool that Catymag recommended
• I tried installing another map I use on another nuvi, but did not see it
Catymag, this is what I did:
• I have file extension enable and the only file on the SD card is “gmapsupp.img”
• I checked if the map with gmaptool and apparently it isn’t locked, or it does not say it were I am checking (this is a part of the display):

• I tied renaming the file from “gmapsupp.img” to “CNEU.img”, but didn't work
I have no other ideas sorry, the map looks unlocked.
If is :SD/Map/CNEU.img it should display.
Try another sd
