If is :SD/Map/CNEU.img it should display.
Try another sd![]()

Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
If you press the battery icon for 10 seconds and then next a few times to get to Data Card Test Page
There will be info about SDCARD
If Nuvi says NOCARD there is a problem with CARD or NUVI.

Dasilvarsa:
I checked the SD card at Data Card Test Page, and I can see the card, so it is working
Have you tried another SD Card yet ?
When you ask for help, you should actually try the suggestions that people make even if they don't make sense.
We've had SD cards on this forum in the past that don't work in Nuvi.
Maybe they were originally formatted in Apple device or Android or Whatever ?
Windows retains the original format, there is more than ONE Fat32 Format.
You could try to format the card using RMPRepUSB as described in this forum [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Actually it could be a problem with the micro SD card because I was able to install the map on another nuvi device on a regular SD card. I appreciate everyone’s help and haven’t tried installing the maps on another micro SD because unfortunately I don’t have one, but I am going to buy one.
try to reformat the sd like dasilvarsa suggested with RMPRepUSB

Thanks Catymag and Roger1109 for your help!!! I will try with another micro SD card and hopefully that will fix the problem...
Dasilvarsa, finally tried out with a new micro SD and could successfully install the maps. Thanks to all for your help!
