how did you make the sw.unl file?
try to run the installer again directly from your phone-
Have you installed it via activesync ?
is it the Garmin Mobile XT Ver. 5.00.20w
do you have support files and basemap ?

FINALLY!!!!!!
After a couple of days of 4 hard reset, countless soft reset, installing and uninstalling. I change the SW file code 3 times and on the last change it worked.
I already change the GPS to GPS Intermediate Driver and its working super. Let’s hope it keeps working.
What I don't undestand is why it worked at first for a couple of days and later this problem started....

Now I have another question: Can I get together Costa Rica maps with US maps so I don’t have to been changing files every time I travel?

SW.unl file was made with "JM-KG-v1.5+5Digit+ChecksumFix.exe", unlocker version 1.5 on both times, first time and now...

Hello. I installed on my Garmin "Italy Land Navigator" from Mapsource, and it worked really good.
Afterwards I also installed "Garmin City Navigator Europe NT v2010.30c" but when I switched on again my GPS I couldn't find the "Italy Land Navigator" anymore.
Do you know why? It depends from maps location (eg. internal memory or microSD)?
Futhermore, is there any conflict between maps installed via Mapsource and the unlocked ones directly copied to Garmin folders?

How have you named the two maps- where did you place them?
if they have the same name and you copy the second one in the same directory it overwrites the old one-
so rename the new one gmapsup2.img and you'll have both in your directory-
if you want two routable maps covering the same area in your device ,you must deselect one of them or they will overlap and you wont be able to see them properly

Dear Caty,
I am trying Garmin CE version 5.00.20, 5.00.30 ASN on CE5.
It is very obvious that after a QSI notification pops-up, or any other program pops-up, the main Garmin guide GUI freezes or grayed-out. Anyhow the count-down meter still works. If I tap on the screen everything will be fine till next QSI. I think it is a kind of stupid power-saving policy.
Do you know how to make this window available + activated ?
