It's missing the image information in region 16 (0x10) which is why it doesn't show the Logo on the start screen. This is easily fixed by flashing the original LOGO BIN file via SD card but make sure you use the correct ramloader (bootbin/Ldr.bin) or you'll maybe brick it badly. You mentioned the MTK version of the firmware, which is only for HWID 1091 devices. There are also numerous US/EU 2x5W devices with HWID 0827 so double-check its HWID first: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Then post again here if you need more help but only after making an Inro post to be made "active" as per the Admin's post above.
