How I get passed "Continue with Recommended Cookies" not working with FireFox:
I turn off the ad blocker first.
Then wait a second and then hit "Continue with Recommended Cookies" and I get in.
Once I get in I turn on the ad blocker again and all works OK with FireFox.
I do not have to do this for any other site that I go to.
