I have no idea what your problem is, since no one else is having the problem, am running Adblock plus + AdBlocker Ultimate and between them 112 ad blocks. So maybe you do have something in there, and by way I didn't change your post to a spoiler.
Since the only people that can edit your post is Me,Boki,MB,Neil and chaotix.

Indeed very strange problem, but it shouldn't have anything to do with the spoiler itself (simple code)
I remembered that someone else reported something similar before, and there are complaints from some users that they can't see the spoiler content, no matter the likes. It still happens. Now I'm wondering if it's something to do with platforms and protocols.
P.S.
I "spoilerised" the picture in the post he mentioned, but I didn't touch the rest. And for that I use a button in the editor, just again - no relation to the problem (simple code), I can also type it by hand.
@JmaCWQ
I recommended two browsers, you should have tried them (to compare the situation with the known facts)

I've tried 4 different browsers now, haven't posted screenshots from all of them because the results are the same.
Block the ads and nothing appears in the spoiler when I click Show, same as in the screenshots above.
Unblock the ads and the spoiler content is replaced by an ad, same as the screenshots above.
I have tried Firefox 102.12.0esr which is my regular browser on my daily operating system, MX-Linux 21.3.
I have tried Vivaldi 6.1.3035.111 (Stable channel) stable (64-bit).
Whatever version of Firefox comes default with Debian 12 Xfce.
And finally earlier today SeaMonkey 2.53.16.
Mags, I'm using uBlock Origin (UBO) again with the only domains allowed being gpspower.net, imgur.com, postimage.org, postimg.cc and postimgs.org, everything else is blocked.
In the time it's taken me to type this reply the number of connection attempts blocked by UBO has gone to over 200 and still rising.
If I disable UBO in my UX request thread there is often 80 or more domains connected, though sometimes it never gets that high, currently only 64 connected.
And the trouble making scumware ad that stops the spoiler working is always a video (above screenshots) and ALWAYS comes from hxxps[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]... possibly some grub spammer/advertiser is using the humix platform to host their crud.
I have tried clearing cookies and cache also, this sometimes fixes these types of problems on different sites, but unfortunately not this one.
I have also had the issue Boki mentions some other users have had, after liking a post to see the content I still haven't been able to view it, hasn't happened for a while and I usually gave up, now that I've consistently had this issue it possibly is the same or a similar issue happening with those spoilers too, if I come across that again I will experiment.
EDIT: I unchecked "automatically parse links in text" and the forum ignored that with the humix link so I changed the htt to hxx
EDIT-2: the damn thing still shows that as a link when once again I UNCHECKED "automatically parse links in text" it should not do that, it should obey my choice.

How I get passed "Continue with Recommended Cookies" not working with FireFox:
I turn off the ad blocker first.
Then wait a second and then hit "Continue with Recommended Cookies" and I get in.
Once I get in I turn on the ad blocker again and all works OK with FireFox.
I do not have to do this for any other site that I go to.

Good to know but I don't seem to get it anymore.
