Edit: I've downloaded those files a few different times and get an error each time I try to open them.
Winrar has never given me this error in the years I've used it.

You were right. Needed to update WinRAR. Thanks for the suggestion. Never had that issue before.
I was referring to the links in the OP.
Also, I can't seem to find a US firmware for the Nuvi. I was able to find one but it looks like its' for India gps units.
