New free Navigator AmiGo for Android and iOS with online maps.
Works OK for now. It's for Europe and Australia. Dont know for other areas.
It uses Google voice, I like Tomtom voice better.

Another GPS that is not needed.

Too many GPS apps that only repeat what other apps from the same companies have already.

It's terrible.
I don't use it very much but this update is terrible, so slow. Why change somthing that works fine ? No idea.
Rolled back to 1.16.2 Nice and fast.

That's exactly what TomTom is doing. In the Netherlands the Flitsmeister app is very populair in combination with maps. Outside the Netherlands this TomTom app is doing the same.

So TomTom attracts people that at the moment do not use the Go app, but may do so in the future. TomTom already has the data (traffic, speed cams). Just a marketing tool for them.

It isn't an update, it is a different application with different marketing criteria.

This app doesn't work right in New Zealand.

It works, I see right now a congestion of 3 minutes on Great South Road in Auckland, New Zealand. This AmiGo app have online maps all over the world. Big advantage of AmiGO is the very fast reaction, much faster than NDS and Go. It's a free of charge download in the Apple and Google stores.
