Install X-Plore file manager, or TTC, or similar.
Then, look in his view what is exact name of your external memory - SD card (for example > /sdcard, or /mnt/sdcard, or...).
Then open your sys.txt and check if that name exists. If don't, edit sys and add name.
But, there are small chance that there is no such a name.
I tried several Arabic langs, and two versions of Primo, in addition to the one you mentioned, used international keyboard, everything is proper set, same problem as yours.
I guess we need Arabic fonts.
Or different version of software (Nextgen)
