    Install X-Plore file manager, or TTC, or similar.
    Then, look in his view what is exact name of your external memory - SD card (for example > /sdcard, or /mnt/sdcard, or...).
    Then open your sys.txt and check if that name exists. If don't, edit sys and add name.

    But, there are small chance that there is no such a name.
    I tried several Arabic langs, and two versions of Primo, in addition to the one you mentioned, used international keyboard, everything is proper set, same problem as yours.
    I guess we need Arabic fonts.
    Or different version of software (Nextgen)

    As what Boki_Srb typed, you need to knowed what is the storage media's paths on your device first.

    In my case, the device using "/mnt/sdcard" as external micro sdcard's path, Please reference the pic below:

    And there is a "lnk" file named "sdcard" in the root directory on my device.

    Therefore, the folder paths "/mnt/sdcard/iGO" and "/sdcard/iGO" should be in my "sys.txt" file at least.

    Arabic lang worked perfect after i have changed the file with different ttf files(inside font foleder), Tank you for your help also thank s for friend Boki_Srb.
    also i have opened file named sys.txt and start to understand the file contains.

    Share fonts here with others, to help more users that have same problem.
    Compress fonts and upload them here. If too big, then use some cloud service (zippy, 1fichier...), ...or post web source (link).

    Hi all I have applied what is mentioned here and have modified the font to the attached font, but unfortunately the problem still exists showing the Arabic language in the form of unreadable letters Is it necessary to amend in another places as well such as (SYS.TXT) for example

    Thank you LouBouha for your post , and as you can see the last line in the picture, it must be Arabic word
    I think the problem is in the font, but unfortunately I could not solve it

    For information, the version I have is: Igo Nextgen 9.18.27.719974
