Generally, the only thing you can use from iGO/Primo under NextGen are map related data (under map directory) such as .fbl, .ftr (if proggy supports it), .fda, .fsp (if any), .poi (under poi directory), .spc or .txt (under speedcam directory), .hsp (under histspeed directory), .3dc and .3dl (under building directory)
If the TTS voice file is made to work for iGO/Primo and NextGen, you can use it*. But that is rare.
"make.sys" is for automatically making sys.txt for you. If you have your own sys.txt**, use "no.make.sys"
* if it's using similar speech engine such as Goggle or VocalizerEx on android
** iGO/Primo sys.txt can be use under NextGen, but some fields doesn't applied
