A "skin" is a modification (mod) or an addition to provides (usually) the change in visual appearance and sometime new functionality. For iGO/Primo check your ...\conten\skin directory for any *.zip files and the use of it under Settings->Display->Day Skin Theme and Night Skin Theme
Pretty much everything shown graphically is control by codes in the *.css and *.ui files and can be override by skin (if used). You can temporarily rename the skin directory to skin_ and it will use the default skin from data.zip instead of what chosen in ...\content\skin directory, See if problem still exists when using default skin.
