That's because your "IGO" has map data under content directory already*. In my posts I'd indicated which of those files you can use with NextGen. People don't post map data with proggy because not everyone will use same map content and repeated posting of it for each proggy is wasteful. Burden should not be on the poster or cracker of proggy to give basic info. You have to look in other groups and read some posts to learn. There are a few posts with "ready pack" for specific region/country which doesn't help people that doesn't use those region/country. Spend some more time reading other groups and posts which you'll understand and things will make sense.
If you purchase the product, the mechanism to download and put those file in correct place is there. You can then be ignorant about how things work (like Mac users) But don't complain about licensing issues or bugs which are mostly solved by posts in forum and require understanding of how to applied it.
* Example, you purchased an MP3 player; it might have an executable (player or converter) on it, but it doesn't have any songs. When you put songs on it, the amount of storage it takes is larger. Understand?
