According to the instruction:
To decrypt a .gpi file
Drag and drop the .gpi file over the icon of decrypt_gpi.exe
To encrypt a .gpi file
Drag and drop the .gpi file over the icon of encrypt_gpi.exe

Why do you expect every Cyclop releases to contain every countries? Even original post #1 by kenta2, mentioned that it doesn't. Why do you want original locked file? Are you trying to break encryption?

no problem if you have all time only "US + Canada_safetycam.gpi" lol for my case , and i am sure that "US + Canada_safetycam.gpi" as changed since 03 april 2017
