If you succeeded in enabling features you should have already in nuvi:
.System\Diag\html\supported_features.html
and the enabled features list in it like in the screen in post n1
After upgrading my 3750 to 34xx per the dummies thread, I wanted to enable features as shown in this thread. I used post 40, and during the SD flash there was some loading, and a green bar that showed something was happening.
But I don't think all the features were enabled. Specifically mp3 player and video player. I chose not to enable ASR and Bluetooth as they are not hardware supported. It looks like custom avoidances and advanced detours are available, but I'm not sure if that's from the conversion to 34xx that did that. I think 3D buildings and terrain require maps, and I will be looking into that right after I figure out if I have done everything to this point correctly.
I am trying to find out what has been enabled by creating an html folder in .system/diag but nothing showed upon reboot. I tried inserting the html file that a user provided but upon reboot it is removed.
Any suggestions?
Furthermore, is there a way to remove Bluetooth with this application?

You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
I've followed the directions twice for two different 3750s (I got one refurb for each of my parents for Christmas)
It seems like everything is completing successfully but I am not getting an html folder or file and I do not have mp3 and video apps.
Maybe I should confirm the prerequisite steps before troubleshooting:
How can I confirm that I performed the 3750>34xx flash successfully? Inventory is still showing 3750 FW but GarminDevice.xml is showing 1376, not 1101. MyDashboard is recognizing the device as 3750. The bootlogo is still 3750, though I thought it would be 34xx after flashing as described in the Dummies thread.

It shows 3750 at boot ,but it acts like a 34xx,in fact GarminDevice.xml is showing HWID 1376.
Np with Webupdater , MyGarmin page and Mapupdater etc will see as a 34xx-
To enable all the features easily use files at the bottom of my post via sd card.

At the line:
Another way to convert 34xx with logo and enable features . After that update the firmware and other files by Webupdater.
If you have doubts about conversion , read that thread, there are all the infos you'd need
You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
I had poured over that section previously, but wasn't sure if that file was right for me. The wording confused me because right after the line "Flash full 34xx firmware
Unpack the file to an empty SD card, turn nuvi off, insert card, turn nuvi on. remove sd" you have "and to return to 37xx ,its logo included:" and then later have the file attached. I didn't want to do the wrong thing and thus I tried the method in post 40 of this thread.
I did go ahead and use the file from the Dummies thread. It worked on both my devices and I have the html folder and file.
The 3750 hardware isn't Bluetooth, ASR, or Smartphone capable. Can I remove these apps?
For an Australian version of the 2455 which bin file would be the Equivalent? of the 140.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\ExtData\006-D0952-01.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\ExtData\006-D0952-02.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\ExtData\006-D0952-03.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\ExtData\006-D0952-04.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\ExtData\006-D0952-05.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\ExtData\006-D0952-06.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\ExtData\006-D0952-07.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\ExtData\006-D0952-08.bin
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\RemoteSW\006B048201.BIN
D:\Garmin 2455 LMT\.System\Diag\sys_log1.bin
THX in advance

Let me rephrase
Is there a different command line for the Australian version of the 2455?
The update log is listed below
Parsing "xrgn,140,1:/140.bin"
Error
Parsing "reboot"
All sorted rrgn = read, xrgn = write

Do you have on your SD card folder Garmin and 140.bin?
Upload your gupdate.gcd and will create new file for you.
