8.010 is sure from the stone ages, but are you sure it's only depending on the navccore ?
This should mean that for the XXL Iqo routes there is a different Navcore for Germany and America.
I'm afraid that there may also be a hardware restriction, but I'm not sure, on my Rider v2 I can not use TTS,
while Navcore 9.500 is in use.
If I'm right, the limitation is also with 32MB devices and you must have at least a 64MB device.
I remember that somebody once made VocalizerTTS Dutch Claire, but with this I did not succeed either and
that would have been written for 32MB devices. My preference is indeed using TTS

Maybe the magic is that I always use "DSA" Navcores ?
