If I understood properly - your device has no SD/uSD card? Originally Posted by kitos

I'm not sure you can run h2testw on it, but suggest you to try.
If utility will show you memory is damaged - you can replace internal with SD-adaptor+uSD or just solder SD card instead.

My device does not have to connect micro SD slot, one would have to be welded, but I do not know which are the points to be soldered.
