Big problem!!!!

I tried to update my 9.51 nc to 9.541 through TT Home and the process failed. Because the screen after that had a red X that blinked , I tried to make a format of my xxl iq routes through windows and transfer my backup files. The format failed and the message was Fix "Windows was Unable to Complete the Format".
Now i cant transfer my backup files.
Can i do something
