LIVE Services no longer available after 12/31/16

Thank you for being a loyal TomTom customer and using LIVE Services.
Your LIVE device includes a modem that connects to the AT&T 2G network to provide access to all of our LIVE Services (such as TomTom Traffic, Safety Cameras & Weather). We regret to inform you that AT&T has announced plans to shutdown their 2G network by approximately January 1, 2017. This means that no later than December 31st, 2016 your TomTom LIVE services will no longer be available, as the network will be shut down.
To ensure that you are able to continue to use our LIVE services in 2016 you MUST RENEW NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31st, 2015. This will ensure that your device will continue to have access to all of the LIVE Services through the life of the network. No renewals will be possible after this date. To see if your device has this service please review the list of models outlined below

• GO LIVE 2535
• GO LIVE 2435
• GO LIVE 1530
• GO LIVE 1535
• GO 740 LIVE
• XL 340 LIVE

We also recognize that some customers may currently have a subscription which will end in 2016. These customers will not be able to utilize the full one year if they choose to make a purchase before the deadline. If you are one of these customers, you can contact TomTom customer support to receive a partial refund.
