2. Did Tomtom Home make a backup of your Tomtom prior to updating? (Tomtom Home usually makes a complete backup before updating)
3. Do you have lifetime map upgrades through Tomtom? (I guess probably not, good to know for pointing you in the right direction)
4. What screen does the Tomtom get stuck on?

1. yes
2. maybe, but it won't work
3. maybe not, I've to purchase the maps (I want to download it free lol )
4. It says: Map not found
