I can not install the map for tomtom iberia I downloaded on my Tomtom Via. The GPS does not appear in device manager. Neither the home tomtom gps recognizes that is connected to the PC. As with the program MyDrive is that I can access the GPS, but I can not install maps, make updates only.
Can you help me?
