Não consigo instalar o mapa para tomtom ibéria que fiz download no meu tomtom via. O gps não aparece no gestor de dispositivos. Nem o tomtom home reconhece que o gps está ligado ao pc. Apenas com o programa MyDrive é que consigo aceder ao gps, mas não consigo instalar mapas, apenas fazer actualizações.
Podem ajudar-me ?

I can not install the map for tomtom iberia I downloaded on my Tomtom Via. The GPS does not appear in device manager. Neither the home tomtom gps recognizes that is connected to the PC. As with the program MyDrive is that I can access the GPS, but I can not install maps, make updates only.
Can you help me?
