This is a long shot but if you download the app from this site
It is an XAPK app.Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
If you rename it to the ending ZIP or RAD you can unzip it and in the folders you will find the:
file in the folder OBB\com.tomtom.gplay.scootermain.3941.com.tomtom.gplay.scooter.obb
You will need to copy folder "\com.tomtom.gplay.scooter" to your \OBB folder on your phone
Now you do this at your own risk, as to if it will work or not!!!!
