The OBB file does not include maps. Never

This is a set of files necessary for the basic functioning of the software. Additional languages, voices, graphics files, add-ons and maps are ALWAYS downloaded later. It downloads files specific to your region first
That's why I wrote to you that your attempt won't work because there are no more servers from which it can download them

You need all the folders, if anyone has them, from the device where the software is still working (although outdated)
