I had also been using the GO 1.18 version in NL and I have experienced the same problem (no online traffic information).

Same here in the Netherlands. I have two phones with both GO 1.18 and NDS 3.2.12-latam installed, but since a couple of weeks traffic is not working anymore for the GO version on both phones, but working fine for NDS. It's about when map updates 1075 were released. No idea however if that is related to the problem.

THIS IS FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPUTER-VOICE AND CRACHES OF TOMTOM GO 1.18.1 APP,
You can try to uninstall the app.
Then you must install first the original app go 1.18.1 (paid one!)
Start this app and download a map...try if the voice works (i think not)
Now up date this app to tomtom go v3.3.14 (the new one in playstore)
Open it once and close it !
Now go to settings/apps and remove only! (nothing more)
Now you have to install the patched version 1.18.1...
Open it, i think now the app is hanging and will not start at this moment...???
Close app again...
Go to settings/apps again and remove only cache and information (not the app!)
Then start the app again and follow all what comes...like maps etc...etc...
Now i should work again with a computer voice (i'll hope)
