    @FunnyGuy,

    I tested this while inside my house, it only took seconds to get a GPS fix.

    So it could be the Phone you are using and the version of Android.

    It has nothing to do with the GPS app.

    Plus you need to get the latest version

    A lot of users have reported slower app startup while Wi-Fi is active
    But the device is solely responsible for activating the GPS receiver (speed, precision ...)

    Thanks for you help by it's always not working.

    The app appears in the list of autorised apps but not in the customise launcher.

    The phone is a Redmi Note 13 5G with Android 15.
