Yes this is the original version for South America.
It is not the Mod version.

Where have you been you should know this by now.

The Mod is a special version of TomTom NDS

TomTom and Toyota have recently announced a navigation App that mirrors to in-dash screens using SmartDeviceLink (SDL) technology , does this answer your question?

I knew this artical but never heard about it after. Now I have a Toyota that supports SDL on the media system and my phone should support it also (I have heard). But till now I am not able to connect both. That's why I ask my question. The TomTom App works fine, every version. Never ask a question about that.
I hope your satified now about my explanation.
