In two different mobiles installation both no truck settings. Means good bye tomtom for lorry drivers. But a good tanks for the best gps apk you guys developed.

Yes, it is no coincidence that the map update has appeared twice in the last 15 days.
At the moment I don't see a way to get the vehicle profiles back in the menu.

I can also confirm vehicle choices still available after large update, I am unsure as to what exactly was updated as I only have the full U.K maps installed and the update was 1.9GB.

I reinstalled the app today and the truck settings are gone. There is only an exploding engine, electric and hybrid ...

I had a 3GB update of maps on my test phone and all is still there.
Have not lost anything.
Do not know why some user's after updated find some settings missing.
You can put the blame on "Murphy's law"

Updating just some maps won't effect vehicle option. I started the update at work, i downloaded aprox. 12GB, made a pause, closed TT. At home, at the start the option was still there. I resumed the update and after all was up to date, i did a restart of TT, the vehicle option has vanished. Maybe that's the reason some have it, some don't.

I had everything good even after updating the map until I uninstalled the app. But today I tried TomTom NDS v.2.8.20 Google Play (original) and then when I reinstalled it was truck mode no truck mode ...

Where did you find that information?
Any chance someone upload the maps before the big update? For confirm if was the update that deleted the truck option.Last edited by Magnetron; 8th April 2021 at 10:51 AM. Reason: Don't double post edit instead.
