thank you i have solved by uninstall 1.9.3 version install the 1.9.2.1 and then reinstall the 1.9.3 again... the recording button still there!

Hello,
I have now system hangs/freezes when starting tomtom since last week. I tried also a clean install.
Do any of you encounter the same?

Never had any problems with TomTom freezing.

What phone are we talking about here??
And
Android version.

Just a little more details as to anything new you installed after TomTom App that might cause problems with it.

I am using a oneplus 7t pro, with latest Android 10 EU rom, I have plenty of ram ram available.
I do not understand as I did not install something specific but now I have freezes when loading.

Pay attention to app permissions (system).

In addition, OxygenOS is known to be somewhat problematic on these issues.

No problems with freezing
But,,,,, problems with updates

There are updates in the map 90Mg but allways is imposible to download.

Some else, whith the same?

I thought uninstall the whole map and downloading again.

Not posible i can"t delete the maps

Maybe i have to install all from 0???

Sometimes their server is very busy, we have already talked about it. Patience.
Not possible to remove map?? Then clear app cache and data. But there is no point until the server is up and running again
