Ok, no feedback anymore from me, if that's what you want.
I noticed this criticism also on the TomTom forum .
Enough of this grumbling.

A very nice MOD. I only turned off the speeding sound alert.
I have also turned on showing contacts on the map. However, the contacts do not appear on the map, and the search for contacts does not work. Permission to access contacts is enabled.
rooted sony xperia z3, android 8.1

I guess what the problem is. My contacts are local contacts, not google. I don't know how to solve it.
edit
I fix it. I transferred contacts to google contacts using Contacts Optimizer app.

OK we are starting to get users to look at the settings and report back.
Here is another option you can check out and report back your findings.
Spoiler: Feature Toggles
What items you have turned on and used?
Notice of supported SDK versions:
Currently the minimum SDK is Android 5.0 (API level 21) while the target SDK is the Android 10 (API level 29).
My recommendation to other forum members is:
Don't update to Android 11 or you won't be able to use TomTom Navigation whether it is the original or MOD version.

Once upon a time there was a TomTom MOD.
The original works on Android 11 (on my S10+) but only if you remove the SD Card when loading the software. The maps are then installed in the phone memory and after the first map you can re install the SD Card. I would imagine the MOD version would work the same?

on my Mi9 with Miui 12.5 / Android11 and now with my Mi11 with Miui12 Android 11
TomTom 1.9.6-1 is working without any problems.
Funny "saomaohao". I use this Lineage-18.0-20201109-UNOFFICIAL-surya, which is Android 11 on my Xiaomi Poco 3 RFC.
@mollex
I've tried Lineage OS in the past. Tell me ...
Are you sure it is made entirely on SDK platform 30? Doesn't it contain some parts from SDK 29?
I'm not so convinced.
In any case, it works on some phones from Chinese manufacturers, and on some CUSTOM ROMs.
Officially... the application was not made for ANDROID 11.
Once upon a time there was a TomTom MOD.
Here look at this info about TomTom Mod:
Spoiler: It is only up to Android 10 at this time
With problems with access to Android\data folder restrictions it is better to wait on Android 11.

I guess tomtom will launch an app compatible with android 11 and that will be useful for the Mod.
let's wait, thanks
